The Chedi Luštica Bay is the first of seven hotels within the beautiful Luštica Bay. Set on the front line of the marina, it provides a unique experience of waterfront living. Food & Beverage - Service Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality and standards in bar operations and meet the expectations of guests on daily basis
  • In case of exceptional need, show flexibility and assist other service members in operations
  • Ensure the correct appearance of all bar areas
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area
  • Maintain and adhere to billing procedures and policies
  • Respond quickly and proactively on guest concerns and requests
  • Show flexibility, creativity and use your personal knowledge in creation of "out-of-menu" beverages when necessary
  • Understand The Chedi brand service culture
  • Contribute in all banquet functions to be up to the standard and exceed guest expectations
  • Follow the BEO forms in order to prepare requested beverages in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Traits: 

  • High School education
  • Bartender or Mixology course is an advantage
  • Full working professional proficiency in English and Montenegrin, additional languages are a big advantage
  • Knowledge of F&B LQA Standards is a must
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bar in a high end restaurant/bar or hotel property
  • Excellent understanding of the hospitality industry and F&B Service function
  • Demonstrated knowledge of bar operations and beverages
  • Customer Service oriented
