At The Chedi Luštica Bay, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who understands luxury, knows how to translate brand values into meaningful digital experiences, and has the expertise to lead our digital presence with confidence and creativity.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our digital strategy across all relevant channels, ensuring that our brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling reflect the standards of The Chedi Luštica Bay and Luštica Bay Vacation Homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing the overall digital marketing strategy in line with brand guidelines and business objectives
Managing and optimizing website content, SEO/SEM, and paid digital campaigns
Overseeing social media presence and digital storytelling in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Analysing performance, preparing reports, and using insights to continuously improve digital reach, engagement, and conversion
Supporting sales, revenue, and PR initiatives through targeted digital campaigns
Ensuring consistency with LQA and Forbes standards across all digital touchpoints
A professional with proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium hotel brands
Strong understanding of digital channels, analytics, and performance marketing
A creative yet structured thinker with excellent communication skills
Someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution
A team player who takes pride in quality, attention to detail, and brand consistency
