F&B Coordinator @ The Chedi Hotel & Residences Luštica Bay

At The Chedi Hotel & Residences Luštica Bay we are looking for a F&B Coordinator who understands the rhythm of a luxury hotel, values organization as much as teamwork, and knows that excellence is built through structure, communication, and consistency. 

This role is essential in supporting our Food & Beverage operations and ensuring that our high standards are reflected in every process, every shift, and every guest interaction. 

Your role:
As F&B Coordinator, you will be responsible for administrative coordination across all F&B outlets, working closely with the F&B Manager, Chef de Cuisine. You will support daily operations, team organization, reporting, and compliance with LQA and Forbes standards.

This position is based on-site and reports to the F&B Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing administrative tasks for kitchen, restaurants, and all F&B outlets

  • Supporting F&B leadership with administrative assignments and daily operational needs

  • Keeping F&B management informed on administrative processes and task status

  • Maintaining records of shifts, working hours, and time attendance for payroll purposes

  • Assisting with recruitment activities in collaboration with the HR Department

  • Supporting planning and administration of annual leave within the department

  • Ensuring all hotel policies, procedures, LQA and Forbes standards are consistently followed

  • Assisting with menu preparation, printing, promotional materials, events documentation, and F&B normative

  • Supporting purchasing administration and maintaining HACCP documentation

  • Assisting with F&B event coordination and, when needed, supporting service operations

  • Ensuring team members are properly trained, equipped, and compliant with operational standards

Who we’re looking for:

  • High School Diploma

  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations, preferably within F&B or administrative roles

  • Basic knowledge of PMS Opera

  • Full professional proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

  • Previous hotel experience is considered an advantage

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to coordinate large teams and manage multiple priorities

  • Professional and well-presented appearance

  • Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and integrity

  • Driver’s License (B category) with driving experience is an advantage
