At Luštica Bay Vacation Homes, we are looking for a Sales Manager who understands premium hospitality, knows how to position vacation homes and residences and a refined alternative to traditional hotels and can drive demand with confidence, professionalism and care.

Your role:

As Sales Manager for Luštica Bay Vacation Homes, you will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue for the rental program, managing leisure and corporate sales activities and developing strong relationships with partners, agencies and direct clients. Your focus will be on positioning our vacation homes as a distinctive, lifestyle-led hospitality product within the Luštica Bay destination.

This position is based on-site and works closely with internal teams of Sales & Marketing, Revenue & Reservations and LB Vacation Homes operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for vacation homes
  • Managing direct sales enquiries, negotiations, contracting and follow-up with clients and partners
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients and key accounts
  • Identifying new market segments and business opportunities for short and long stay accommodation
  • Collaborating with marketing and revenue teams to support promotions, packages and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitoring sales performance, preparing forecasts and reports and using insights to optimize results
  • Ensuring a high standards of service, professionalism and brand consistency throughout the guest journey

Who we're looking for

  • A professional with proven experience in hospitality sales, preferably within hotels, serviced residences, vacation rentals or lifestyle destinations
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
  • A commercial mindset combined with a guest-centric, service-oriented approach
  • Someone comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure
  • A team player who values quality, attention to detail and long-term partnerships
